
I have lost some weight and feel like I have gotten rid of most of the fat that had accumulated around my stomach last year... sadly, I still am not feeling all that great, and probably won't feel significantly better for several months. All I can do is keep trying to take care of myself, watch what I eat and take my supplements. Exercising is a bit of a double edged sword for me at the moment. Aerobic activity puts stress on the adrenals but I feel like it very fundamental to the well being of other parts of my physiology. I have been taking a bit of a break over the past few weeks, but am not really all that happy about it.
